Do you guys currently have a waitlist?
Yes, we do have a waitlist for those who are not in a hurry to move in. Right now I have two apartments one studio and one, one bedroom. The best route would be to place a deposit, then you would have first right of refusal as apartment’s come available.
Could you provide an overview of the types of professionals on your staff and the training they undergo at your facility?
We have a nurse who is licensed by the State of Oregon, who is overseen by our regional nurse, who oversees the wellness department along with a resident care coordinator. All staff are fully trained and take all the mandatory training as required by the state of Oregon. They also have monthly trainings.
Could you tell me about the measures you have in place to ensure the safety and well-being of your residents?
As per the State of Oregon we have a safety plan and training based upon many different potential safety issues.
Do you offer any resources or support services to aid residents' transition into the community?
The best support for our residents is our team, we are here to make sure that residents transition smoothly, everyone has various degree’s a support they need once we identify that we can add that to the care plan.

Yes, we have a bus. We offer lots of pre-planned excursions and shopping. Residents can sign up for rides with our concierge.

We have a very well balance dining service planned by nutrition professionals who work primarily with seniors, we have a nice menu that offers the daily specials along with optional items for those who may want something different. I have attached a sample menu for you.
What is the process that takes place if a resident has a complaint or an issue they want addressed?
The best way for a complaint is to meet with the leader of the specific department, or of course the administrator.
What is the cost of living in your community?
I have attached a price list, for you to look at. You would have your monthly rent payment and care cost’s depending on the care level as assessed by our nurse. There is also a $2500 one-time community fee.
What is your policy on communication with resident's families? How do you keep them updated about their loved ones' well-being?
We have care plan meetings or call if it is an urgent matter.
Do you all offer short-term or respite stays? How much does this cost?
A respite stay is $215 per day if we have the space available. There is a two-week minimum.

Yes, we are. The pet owner must be able to care for the pet themselves.
Are residents able to get Covid vaccination and flu vaccinations in the community?
Yes, we can order through the pharmacy for the COVID vaccine, and we have a flu shot clinic annually.
Are residents able to age in place?
Yes, we feel this is the best way to start. This really helps everyone get to know each other and can see subtle changes as needed.
