Wait List Information
We do have a wait list. It’s $2,000 to add one's name to the list, all of which applies to your entrance fee when you move in.

Safety Precautions
Safety precautions for residents include life alert pendants issued to each resident and life alert buttons in every apartment. Security on duty 24 hours a day. Sprinkler systems in each apartment and villa home. There are 26 additional items on our emergency preparedness list ranging from fire alerts to earthquake readiness.
Welcome Committee
Mary’s Woods has a Welcome Committee to meet and greet our new residents as they transition into the community. Each new resident is given a full orientation with Mary’s Woods Staff.
Transportation
Transportation: Shuttle buses for getting around our extensive campus, shuttle buses for shopping excursions, larger buses for touring and excursions, town car for airport transportation, private drivers for doctors’ appointments.
Complaint or Issue Handling
We have a Compliment, Concern, or Inquiry Document that’s offered on our in-house portal that goes directly to our Leadership Team.
Family Communication
We have specific team members that will communicate with residents' families about any concerns or well-being.
Stay Duration
We do not offer short term stays.
Pet Policy
We are pet friendly.
Healthcare and Vaccinations
All residents are able to get COVID vaccines when we have COVID clinics and flu vaccines. Residents are able to age in place with additional care if necessary. The additional care is at the resident's expense.
