Here at Mary Marshall, we provide a supportive and friendly environment for older adults with intellectual disabilities or mental illness. It's a place where your loved one will be happy to call home. We offer assisted living personal care and services for low income adults aged 55 and older with cognitive disabilities and special needs in partnership with Arlington County Department of Health and Human Services. Assisted living programs like Mary Marshall are changing the game for people with intellectual disabilities by allowing them to live longer, healthier, and more fulfilling lives.

Assisted living is designed to help you maintain your independence and health, while enjoying an appealing place to call home. We will work with you and your physician to develop a personalized care plan just for you. To ensure you receive the best possible care in your home, we coordinate all of our services through a licensed nurse.

At Mary Marshall Assisted Living Residence, residents have access to spacious, attractive private rooms, each with its own bathroom. Residents also enjoy three daily meals and snacks with nutrition services.
