Overview of Operations
We have an Administrator and a Director of Nursing that oversee day-to-day operations. Additionally, we have directors for separate departments such as housekeeping, activities, social work, dietary, human resources, and maintenance.
Our facility adheres to strict guidelines, protocols, and regulations, supported by experienced managers in every department, ensuring quality care and attention to detail.
Social Work and Transition Services
Our social worker assists all patients needing to transition after their stay with us, whether they are going home, to assisted living, or to another nursing home.
Transportation Services
We can offer transportation services for residents on a case-by-case basis.
Dining Options
Marley Neck has a lovely dining room, and we encourage our residents to take their lunch and dinner there. Residents also have the option to enjoy all of their meals in their rooms if they prefer.
Access to Management
Every resident has access to the manager’s names and phone numbers throughout Marley Neck. They may personally call us, or the assigned Ambassador to their room will relay any concerns or suggestions back to the managers. The assigned Ambassador is a manager within our facility that checks on cleanliness, safety issues, and the general well-being of each resident.
Private Pay Rate
The private pay rate at our facility is $349.00 per day.
Care Plan Meetings
We offer care plan meetings to all interested families, emergency contacts, etc. These meetings usually include social work, rehabilitation, and nursing staff, who report on the patient’s clinical and social well-being. Transition plans are also discussed at these meetings if the patient is at Marley Neck for short-term rehab. Additionally, our administrator sends out emails to families periodically to inform them of any changes or notifications.
Short-term and Respite Stays
We can offer short-term and respite stays if we have an available bed, at the rate of $349.00 per day.
Pet Policy
We are a pet-friendly center. We ask that you leave a copy of all up-to-date shot records with our receptionist before bringing in your pet. Pets must be leashed and under the control of the owner at all times.
Vaccinations
We encourage residents to get Covid and flu vaccinations for free within our facility and will meet with them periodically to encourage them to get vaccinated.
Transition to Long-term Care
If a patient comes in for short-term rehab and may need to transition to long-term care, if we don’t currently have a long-term care bed open, we will do all in our power to transition your loved one to another nursing home. Currently, I have several rehab patients who need to transition over to LTC, so I have no waiting list at this time.
