The Villa West, East and Waterford Buildings
The Villa West, East and Waterford Buildings provide 24 Hour Staff with Nurses staffed 24 hours per day. All Accommodations are Private rooms, and all rates are all-inclusive. Rates range from $350.00 – $375.00 per day – Larger suites from $400.00. Rates include all meals,
Daily Housekeeping, Personal Laundry, All Activities and Social Hours with live music daily, Cable TV and WIFI, Depend type products, and 24 hrs. Nursing Care. Also, we do provide transportation to local doctor visit.
The Independent Living Villa Estates
The Independent Living Villa Estates comprise of 1,2- and 3-Bedroom Villas ranging in size from 1,000 square feet to over 3,000 square feet.
These Villas range from $350,000 to $700,000. With a minimum of 75% refunded when the Villa is vacated. With a Monthly Fee of $950.00 for one person and additional $250.00 for spouse.
