We do have a waitlist for some of our floorplans.
Could you provide an overview of the types of professionals on your staff and the training they undergo at your facility?
We have a wide range of professional on staff. The training depends on the positions.
Do you offer any resources or support services to aid residents' transition into the community?
We have a welcome committee that helps our new residents get acclimated.
What is the process that takes place if a resident has a complaint or an issue they want addressed?
They can speak with any employee or go straight to Ruth Grande our executive director.
What is your policy on communication with resident's families? How do you keep them updated about their loved ones' well-being?
Each family has their own preference. We work with each family.
Do you all offer short-term or respite stays?
No, we do not offer respite but we are month to month with no long term leases.
Are you all a pet-friendly community?
We are pet friendly.
Are residents able to age in place?
Yes, our residents can age in place unless there is a need for skilled nursing or a more clinical setting.
