Employees who have worked for Sunrise Senior Living in the Bethesda, MD area generally have positive things to say about their coworkers, the healthcare plan, and the building. However, they have less positive things to say about the management team, who they feel are disrespectful to both the residents and staff, and do not care about their employees. Employees suggest that the management team be replaced in order to improve the working environment. They also report that the job can be stressful and require a tough skin, and that there is no job review or recognition for their performance.
