Our all-inclusive amenities will immediately relieve you from having to cook and clean, allowing our residents to enjoy the community and all it has to offer.
At Maple Downs, our independent retirement lifestyle simplifies retirement living. We take care of the cooking, shopping, and cleaning so you can focus on what's truly important to you. Not only will you have time to pursue your interests, but you'll also make new friends, share laughter, and have the opportunity to try a variety of stimulating and engaging activities through our resident enrichment programs. We also have a variety of live entertainment every Friday happy hour from 3:30-5PM in our atrium.
All-Inclusive Amenities
- 3 Chef-prepared meals homemade from scratch daily
- All utilities including heat, hot water, electric & cable TV offering 200 plus channels
- Weekly housekeeping and linen service – we launder your bed sheets and towels
- Emergency response system (Great Call) monitored around-the-clock
- Transportation on our Shuttle bus within a 10 mile radius of the community to appointments, errands, and outings Tuesday – Thursday. If a resident needs transportation on any other day we can set up an Uber and we will bill their account.
- Fun and engaging activity and events calendar with a minimum of 5 items to choose from daily
We don’t believe you should have to pay a buy-in fee or sign a long-term lease to begin the lifestyle you desire. Our all-inclusive initial 90-day lease, which after 90 days turns into a month-to-month lease, keeps you in control of your retirement. You need to give 30 days’ notice in writing to terminate the lease agreement.
Apartment Options and Pricing
We have studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom apartments.
Price ranges from $3000/month to $5700/month depending on room size. There is a second resident fee that ranges from $749-$1029/month depending on room size.
The first floor apartments have patios and 2nd floor apartments have a balcony.
There is a one-time community fee which is equal to one month’s rent.
February Promotions
5% off of list price and $1500 off of the community fee.
One-bedroom list price for our standard one-bedroom (549 square feet) is $3989/month.
Age-In-Place Living
Maple Downs is independent living but we are considered AGE-IN-PLACE due to the fact that we do have care available for our residents. If you need med management, a few hours a week of care, a few hours a day or 24 hours a day of care, our private duty aides can tailor services based on each resident’s needs. Maple Downs could be a great fit for you going forward. This would be an additional cost which varies from aide to aide. Depending on what services are needed it could be a daily rate or an hourly rate. Each aide group structures their business differently.
There are many benefits going with an independent community that is age-in-place vs. assisted living or skilled nursing. One benefit is you get to choose who you have coming into your home to help you. Another benefit is as a loved one or family member, you will have full access to the caregivers as well. You will be able to contact them directly for updates or questions on the care being provided. You would not have to call the community in search for answers to your questions in regard to care. You can call the care provider.
