Maple Brook Terrace is the NEW premier Senior Living community in the Upstate of South Carolina. We are located within minutes of literally everything, yet set in a beautiful and serene area on 8 beautifully landscaped acres.
All-Inclusive Community
As an all-inclusive community we offer many amenities and activities that I am sure you will appreciate and enjoy. What does that mean? We provide ALL utilities; cable, internet, electric, water, trash, sewer etc. We also provide weekly housekeeping, 24/7 concierge on site, emergency life pendants for all residents and 3 meals a day in our restaurant, The Farmhouse Grille and much more.
