Would give no stars if it would let me.. Patient was there 1 week. TV and phone did not work...."technician will be here tomorrow" tomorrow never came. Patient would try and adjust bed and wrong part of bed would adjust even tho correct button was pushed.. Patient is short and bed was broken and would not go down. Patient would push call button, it would take a long time for them to come. Patient's roommate fell on floor and was there for about an hour after calling for help, even tho the nurse's station was right outside the door. They were rough changing patient's diaper and took a long time to come. Food was ok. Physical therapist was nice, helpful and kind. When signing paperwork when patient first got there, The woman stated she was off in 5 minutes so she wanted to go thru the paperwork quickly. Had to stop her a few times to explain things and she was irritated because she "was off and wanted to go home". Brought patient home because we can give better care. DO NOT SEND YOUR LIVED ONES HERE!!!!

The staff is very loving towards their care of the residents and I like the way the medical staff stays on top of situations in order to catch things early on.  The activities staff are creative and active in improving the quality of life of the residents.   The only reason I don't give them a 5 is because of the limited parking when visiting.  They do have a valet service but it's difficult to find an actual parking spot.  Otherwise, great facility.

If there were a negative -5 star that would be appropriate for this joint. Worst care my mother ever received when she had to enter a post acute situation. Not sure how they get away with advertising wound healing and care center when she never arrived with a bed sore but managed to get one there within 4 weeks. NO special attention given to the individual needs of patients. A phone call might take 45 mins. or longer to get to a bedridden patient, so bad that nurses tried to pass me off to another patient to talk to who was not my mother! License should be revoked!!!

My father 94 has been in MainPlace Post Acute since 2019. My family feels extremely blessed that he has improved in so many ways.  Dr. Suresh Veerramachanei is the best doctor my father has ever had. He is very committed to the wellbeing of his patients. There are some amazing staff members that have made a difference in my dad's life. Seeing my father smile is priceless. When I first visited Mainplace, I felt a positive energy throughout the facility. Little did I know how instrumental all the staff would be when Covid hit. The activity director, Nancy along with her awesome team did an amazing job keeping up the spirits of patients. In the past my dad was withdrawn and kept to himself the majority of his life. As time went by  I noticed how my dads spirit was changing. Staff mentioned that my dad loved singing out loud through out the halls. The physical therapy director also mentioned how my dad was a workhorse and committed to his physical therapy. My dad also became very engaged with the activities at Mainplace; he was the only resident that sang during a talent show and volunteered to participate when asked. Nancy also assisted in making my dad's birthdays extra special.  Seeing the happiness on my father's face was such a blessing. Beautiful inspirational themes filled with vibrant colors fill the halls at MainPlace. I always looked forward to all the celebrations.  I really appreciated receiving pictures of dad having fun.  Seeing these fun Instagram videos also lifted my spirit. When one loves their job and their mission, it is demonstrated through their work. The halls of Mainplace come alive with music, vibrant décor, creativity, and laughter for residents.

My youngest brother was recently admitted to Main Place. He is a handicapped man, who does not walk or speak. Needless to say the staff was amazing to him. It was made more difficult by the COVID restrictions and the nurses and aides did everything they could to make him feel more comfortable. I was able to facetime with him pretty much daily, and if there were any kind of problem they would call me right away.  I was also so impressed by his attending doctors. He was there for 6 weeks and I was just so impressed by the whole staff, from the receptionist, case workers, aides, nurses & doctors. They made a very difficult situation easier.

When my mom was moved into MainPlace Post Acute Rehab, I had many calls from staff members letting me know the she arrived safely, was settling in and what was happening with her. I received regular updates on her condition and even was able to FaceTime with her. She has had some fantastic nurses: Kat, Ryan and Grace and many others. The outside of the facility is a little dismal and the parking is terrible, but I believe that the care is very good.

First, this is, in a positive way, not the old Fountain Care so don't compare. This is new management, new staff. My husband was admitted for a 5 day stay while I had a well needed caregiver break. The staff was responsive to his needs, idiosyncrasies, dietary desires. I give them 5 stars, even though not a perfect place, but really working hard to turn around the reputation.

This is by far one of the worst places to keep your loved one. To make matters worse they rarely answer the phone and when they do answer, you get the transfer shuffle only to be disconnected. They have very little compassion, of course not all, but most don't. Guantanamo is probably a better place to stay, and no joke. I'm currently looking for another place for my mother. It is a shame as it conveniently located, but I rather drives hours than have her there without being able to communicate. I have been trying to communicate with her for three days, and cannot see her due to covid restrictions. She is not able to pick up phone, so a nurse is needed to hand her the phone and they won't help. Horrible place.

Our parents arrived at Main Place over six years ago. It was difficult for us to take them out of their home. They do not speak English, but the staff was so welcoming and caring it made the transition easy. Many residents and staff do speak Spanish. CNAs, and nurses are very caring and attentive. They easily get attached to the patients. We get frequent communication regarding their care or needed changes. PT is regularly used to maintain health. The Activities Department goes above and beyond to provide fun and creative events for the residents. We feel very lucky to have our parents there. Parking can be a challenge, but the provide a free valet service.

It is unfathomable that this facility is allowed to stay open. ZERO stars. This dump let my dear aunt die alone! From the front desk person who said she would give her the items we were bringing for her to the help that left her alone and neglected! We had a horrible time with these people. We were listening to their lies and ultimately when she did die we realized what a farce this place really was. They lied about everything and put her in hospice and left her to die. We kept asking for help and when they said they would call the doctor they lied. None was ever called because they decided she was not worth helping. We couldnt do anything!!! We will forever regret letting her be admitted here.

I live out of state and my father was admitted after a fall at home. He is 86, hard of hearing but as sharp as a tack. He spent three months at Main Place. I was told he tested positive for Covid after he was there about a week. He has none of the known after effects like no taste or smell. My father, I was told was doing better. The last two weeks there I began to get reports of his declining health. I was told he could no longer swallow after they sent him out for tests. My father doesn't want life saving medical procedures so I told them no surgery or feeding tubes. They said they would start IVs with fluids and nutrients. His Doctor during his stay was Dr. Edna Biddy. They recommend Hospice as I was told he would live at most another two weeks without food. They offered to do the Hospice. I knew my dad wanted to be home do I had him moved home for Hospice. I fully expected to fly down to be with my dad as he passes away. When I arrived at his home what I found was infuriating. On his first morning home he ate two scrambled eggs and had turkey pot pie for dinner. I arrived the next day because his room mates told me he looked very bad and they thought he would pass sooner than two weeks. Ifixed him breakfast and he ate two scrambled eggs,, 3 sausage, 1.5 cups of coffee and hash browns. Lunch of cottage cheese and a yogurt. Had a waffle for a snack and Chocolate Mousse for dessert. He has been eating and drinking really good since then. His color is better and he is happy. He has a hard time communicating sometimes because of some previous strokes. His mind is still very sharp and he is very aware of what is going on around him. During his later stay they told me he had dementia. He in no way has dementia or any memory loss. You just need to take the time to understand him. My dad has always been strong willed and knows exactly what he wants. My dad hast told us about hearing the nurses say they were going to stop feeding him and let him die and he said there was one nurse that was very mean to him. My dad is improving and starting to put on weight again. He lost 30 pounds at Main Place. I firmly believe that if I had left my dad in their care he would be dead. I am outraged that because of my being out of state they did not take my father's care seriously. No one should ever go through that. They took his dignity and almost took his life. I will be following up with letters to administer and report everything to the State Board of Certification. I plane to report on his Doctor also. I love my father and am do glad I transfered him home for care. I plan to have him tested again for Covid and if he is negative I will report them to the State for fraudulent reports to get State funds. Please do not trust them with your loved ones. I was seriously mislead as to my father's physical and mental health. I feel I was lied to and it almost cost me my father.

I was a patient at Main Place Post Acute in Orange, CA. They are dangerous and negligent. They deserve zero stars and to be shut down. Their employees leave positive reviews for themselves on Yelp and Google. It's not from real patients.Dr. Biddy tried to give me someone else's medication, which is very dangerous. She doesn't pay attention.I also witnessed a lot of elder neglect with dementia patients!I didn't appreciate how they treated their dementia patiences and anyone who couldn't stick up for themselves, for that matter.I witnessed staff members throwing parties for themselves and feeding themselves while leaving patience in their rooms calling out for water and help. It was really horrible to witness. Not to mention their parties had zero social distancing among all their hugging with each other. When I spoke up about helping those dementia patients, a women named Elisa or Lisa told me to "let the staff have a break." Have a break? These people need medical attention and water, and the staff rather have a party?!If it was their loved ones then they would give them water, but they're not so they don't care.Main Place Post Acute is owned by EnSign Group. Google "EnSign Group Lawsuits" they are always being sued for wrongful deaths and neglect. They also hide under the name Fountain Care Center. If you can't speak up for yourself or if the nurses don't like you (which was my case), then they will leave you for dead. They will lie to your family. The nurses kept telling my wife I was doing great in my physical therapy class, which was untrue, because the class was rough and they kept trying to drug me for it. I told my wife I had to leave. She soon took me out when she saw my bed sores I sent her a photo of from a cellphone she had purchased for me.Furthermore, Dr. Edna Biddy is horrible. Dr. Biddy tried to give me another patients medication! She could have killed me! I have heard from a staff member that Dr Biddy has already killed people. Google Dr. Edna Biddy, she went to medical school in Tijuana!Sadly, as a patient there recovering from a fall, I have seen with my own eyes the horrible neglect and lies by the staff.I have witnessed people crying in the lobby over their deceased loved ones. Why don't they send the high-risk patients to a higher level of care instead of leaving them in this lower level of care? It is obvious the center wants to collect their insurance.Furthermore, Matt who is a physical therapist is very rough and rude, so is Jorge. They do not treat people with respect. Valeria at the front desk is cold and lied to my wife about me getting her gift. She probably stole it.Main Place Post Acute and their staff, Dr. Biddy, Elisa, Matt, Lisa/Elisa, Jorge, and more should be fired. How do the staff at a Rehab Nursing Center for physical therapy end up killing people? They will blame Covid for their incompetent work and greed for collecting insurance. As a patient there, I have seen with my own eyes the horrible neglect and lies by the staff. Please avoid this place.
