I would not give it ANY stars but you have to in order to leave a review! I was there for 10 incredibly torturous months! The owner trolls ghettos for felons to hire and mental institutions for new residents! HORRIFIC conditions and no regard for basic human rights and needs. Dirty, deplorable and despicable! I got out but unfortunately most will not since they "specialize " in finding people who have no relatives. The best I can do is warn others!
