  • Lochearn Nursing Home Description

    FutureCare Lochearn has been a part of the FutureCare family of facilities since 2005, offering a comprehensive line of skilled nursing and rehabilitation services to the residents of Northwest Baltimore.
    At FutureCare Lochearn, our physicians, nurse practitioner, licensed and registered nurses and geriatric nursing assistants are trained to manage some of the most complex clinical cases, making the facility an ideal choice for those who are recovering from a recent medical procedure, or who require skilled nursing care and support on a long-term basis. A 12-chair dialysis center, managed by the Davita Corporation, a national leader in dialysis services, is conveniently located on-site, serving residents diagnosed with kidney or end stage renal disease. Rehabilitation patients are supported by Lochearn’s caring team of physical and occupational therapists, and speech language pathologists. Our large, recently upgraded gym features state-of-the-art therapy and exercise equipment to help patients recover from orthopedic surgery, strokes and other complex medical and surgical procedures. Bariatric care, pain management and IV therapies are also provided at Lochearn. Many of our residents especially enjoy the beauty and tranquility of our large chapel, featuring amazing stained glass windows.
