Waitlist Availability
We have a waitlist for certain floor plans in IL, but not in AL or MC at this time.
Staff and Training
Every staff member, from Food & Beverage Servers to Directors, participates in dementia training, fire drill, and tornado drill training. Each department also has its own specialized training program.
Safety and Well-being Measures
In IL, we conduct daily checks of residents and have emergency pull-cords in the apartments. In AL, we provide residents with pendants, pull-cords, and have nursing staff and aides who check on them throughout the day and night. Guests sign in and out at the Front Desk, and we have security cameras monitored by the Front Desk, the Executive Director, and Maintenance Director. Back doors are always locked and require a key fob for entry.
Transition Support Services
We offer referrals to movers, downsizers, realtors, and have a Moving Coordinator and an Engagement Coordinator to assist new residents. Our in-house care agency can provide additional support for acclimating new residents.
Transportation Services
Our transportation services are available at no charge within a 10-mile radius.
Dining Experience
Our dining rooms are restaurant-style, with a hostess seating residents and servers taking orders. Our Executive Chef, Keith Davis, has been with us for 25 years, has won many awards, and teaches culinary classes.
Addressing Complaints and Issues
We aim to provide the best experience possible and value your input. Residents and families can directly approach the Manager, Director of a department, or the Executive Director with concerns.
Cost of Living
IL – Monthly Rent ranges between $2,600 - $4,250 depending on the floor plan. AL ranges between $5,800 - $7,550/month. Our apartments are spacious and all have kitchens, even in AL.
Communication with Residents' Families
We have an open door policy and encourage family engagement. We use One-Call voice messages and offer scheduled Care Conferences in AL. Families may contact department heads anytime.
Short-term or Respite Stays
Respite stays in AL are offered when available. Costs vary based on individual needs assessments.
Pet Policy
We are a pet-friendly community, preferring pets under 40 lbs. Support animals are an exception. The fee is an additional $30/month/pet, with a limit of two.
Vaccinations
Residents can receive Covid and flu vaccinations within the community.
Aging in Place
Residents are able to age in place, though we are not a skilled nursing facility. We manage care needs up to a certain level and maintain a waitlist for certain floor plans in IL.
