Overview of Professional Staff and Training
Our nursing staff is composed of RN, LPN, and State tested nursing aids. Our medical director is Dr. Parminder Modgil, and he has a nurse practitioner working with him as well. The therapy staff is licensed Physical, Occupational, or Speech therapist. Quarterly we have audiologist, Ophthalmologist, Podiatrist, Psychologist, and dentist visit the facility and provide needed services. Our beauty shop is open 2 times a month and run by a licensed beautician.

Transition Support Services
Our Social Service Department will work closely with the therapy and nursing departments to ensure that all needs are set up and in place for a safe return to the community.
Transportation Services
We do not have our own transportation but can assist in helping to schedule transportation through a third party. This transportation may or may not be covered by insurance.
Dining Experience
We currently are doing small dining.
Resident Complaints and Issues
Once we are aware of a concern our administrative and department manager will complete an investigation so that we can effectively resolve the concern quickly.
Cost of Living
Our daily rates are $390.00 for a private room and $305.00 for a semi-private room.
Communication with Residents' Families
Care conferences are held quarterly for our Long-term care residents and for short-term rehab residents care conferences are held within the first week and then again closer to discharge. Our nursing staff will call with any change in conditions or medications as well.
Short-term or Respite Stays
We do offer short-term and respite stays and the cost remains the same: $390 daily for private and $305 daily for semi-private.
Pet-Friendly Community
Pets are allowed to visit with a current shot record on file but they cannot live here.
Covid and Flu Vaccinations
Yes, residents are able to get Covid vaccination and flu vaccinations in the community.
Aging in Place
Yes, residents are able to age in place.
