I am very familiar with this assisted living facility specifically in memory care and strongly urge anyone thinking of moving a loved one here to reconsider. Caregivers are not trained and lack a basic knowledge of dementia care. They never seem fully staffed either. One caregiver cannot care for fifteen residents successfully much less give, extra one on one attention they charged for. They do not have regular housekeepers, so it is not uncommon to find urine and feces left in bathrooms, on blankets, mattresses and clothes. It is unfortunate.

If you are looking for independent living you will be really happy getting the amenities they offer. If you are looking for assisted living AND especially memory care please do not let what they offer, sell you because you will be grossly disappointed. Once you move in you will realize that the higher level of care they promise and charge for is understaffed underpaid and undertrained care barely meet your basic needs.
