Overview of Staff and Training
Our staff training is tailored to the department they work in. The management office undergoes Fair Housing Training. While CPR is not a requirement for our property, all staff members receive training on fire and safety protocols.
Safety and Well-being of Residents
We are a controlled access community with a courtesy officer at our front gate from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. We are in the process of installing cameras in each tower, with the Azalea Tower already equipped and the Boxwood Tower next in line.
Resident Transition Support Services
Resident ambassadors are available to help new residents acclimate by providing tours and reminders of activities. Additionally, Concierge Living Services offers Companion Care at $25 per hour for personalized assistance.
Transportation Services
Transportation is provided to local grocery stores and for various activities. However, we do not offer medical transportation. The cost varies depending on the destination, with Monday transportation being $7 round trip.
Dining Experience
Our dining services are managed by a third party, offering meal plans or a la carte options during operating hours. More information, including pricing, can be found on their website at https://www.dds-hospitality.com/.
Resident Complaint and Issue Resolution
For maintenance issues, residents must submit work orders through our front desk. In cases of bullying or abuse, residents should first contact 9-1-1, then report to our front desk. Complaint forms are available at the front desk to be submitted to property managers.
Cost of Living
We recommend that tenants spend no more than 60% of their income on rent. Our pricing, inclusive of all utilities and basic cable, is as follows:
- Studios: $1095-$1295
- 1 bedrooms: $1395-$1595
- 2 bedrooms: $1495-$1795
- Penthouse: Starting at $2100
Communication with Residents' Families
Families can use our community app for updates. Wellness checks are contingent on staff availability, and we recommend calling 9-1-1 if a resident is unreachable. Communication is limited to those with Power of Attorney (POA) documentation.
Short-term or Respite Stays
We do not offer respite stays but do have options for 3-month leases at an additional $200 and 6-month leases at an additional $100.
