Overview of Professional Staff and Training
In our Assisted Living/Memory Care facility, we have a diverse team of professionals including an Executive Director, Wellness Director, Assistant Wellness Director, Sales Director, Activity Director, and Memory Care Coordinator. Our staff also includes receptionists, maintenance technicians, caregivers, cooks, housekeepers, and medication technicians. Each member undergoes rigorous training specific to their role, ensuring they are well-equipped to provide the highest level of care and support to our residents.
Safety and Well-being Measures
We prioritize the safety and well-being of our residents by creating custom care plans upon their assessment and admission. Our facility offers 24-hour staff availability and equips all Assisted Living residents with a call button pendant, boasting an average call response time of 4-5 minutes.
Transition Resources and Support Services
We offer a wide range of resources and support services to aid residents' transition into our community. Our network includes healthcare professionals, senior living professionals, downsizers, packers, movers, realtors, and financial concierge services for VA benefits, among others.
Transportation Services
Our Assisted Living/Memory Care facility provides a shuttle for scheduled group outings and a private car for residents’ medical appointments within a 15-mile radius, available three days a week.
Dining Experience
We offer a full menu with meals served at 8am, 12pm, and 5pm. A sample menu is available for review to give you a taste of our dining experience.
Addressing Complaints and Issues
Our team, including receptionists, caregivers, the Executive Director, or Wellness Director, is equipped to resolve any complaints or issues promptly. We encourage residents to use their call button pendant for immediate assistance.
Cost of Living
The Base Rent for our apartments ranges between $5465-$6495, with the Level of Care ranging between $550-$1650. A detailed pricing sheet is available for review.
Communication with Residents' Families
We maintain an open line of communication with our residents’ families, allowing them to directly contact our Wellness Director and Executive Director or call the front desk to check on their loved ones.
Short-term or Respite Stays
While we do not offer respite stays, our Lease contracts operate on a month-to-month basis.
Pet-Friendly Community
Our community is pet-friendly, welcoming residents' furry friends with open arms.
Availability and Waitlist
We currently have two apartments available in Assisted Living. Our community tends to stay mostly full due to continuous internal transfers from Independent Living.
Vaccination Services
We routinely offer Covid vaccines/boosters and flu vaccinations to our residents, with on-site PCP available to schedule these services.
Aging in Place
Our residents can age in place, with several utilizing hospice services within our community.
