We do have a waitlist for our 2-bedrooms and our one-bedroom with balcony.
Pricing and Availability
We currently only have two studios available, and both are priced at $5595.
Staff and Training
Our staff includes 24-hour awake staff at all times, including caregivers and med-techs, who are trained in first aid and CPR.
Safety and Well-being Measures
Our doors are locked at 8:00 pm. Each resident gets a pendant that will alert the staff should they have an emergency in their apartment or elsewhere in the community.
Transition Support Services
We have a plan in place for all residents to be greeted by all of our directors within 2-3 days of moving in. Additionally, our Laurel Heights Ambassadors, who are volunteer residents, help new residents acclimate by showing them around, inviting them to activities and meals, and introducing them to other residents.
Transportation Services
Yes, we provide transportation to local appointments and shopping within a 10-mile radius.
Dining Experience
We offer restaurant-style dining with our dining room open from 7:00 am - 7:00 pm.
Addressing Complaints and Issues
Residents can address their concerns to any one of the directors who will then take whatever action necessary to remedy the situation.
Communication with Residents' Families
We use LifeLoop technology to optimize communications among our residents, their families, staff, and owners.
Short-term or Respite Stays
We do offer respite in our assisted living when we have availability. The cost depends on which apartment is used and what care is needed for the individual.
Pet Policy
Yes, we are pet friendly. Dogs must be smaller than 20 pounds.
Vaccination Clinics
We do offer vaccine clinics throughout the year for Covid and flu vaccinations.
Aging in Place
Yes, residents are able to age in place, with only a few restrictions (no feeding tubes or IV's, for example).
