Fooled by its beauty. My mother had been poorly mistreated and neglected by staff. Management, Courtney Hernandez does take complaints serious & unprofessional. She sweeps problems under the rug. She clearly was not trained properly. Extended care department is the worse. Patients constantly abused, physically on camera and nothing is ever done. Overpriced. Trash everywhere, no door to door pickup as promised. Trash has been sitting outside the doors for days. Hallways wreak of urine in every department. They had one lady wandering in her wheelchair to apartment 182 dripping urine and staff were on their personal cell phones, walking past her instead of assisting. Horrible treatment. Horrible place. The beauty fooled us
