Availability and Rates
We do have a waitlist, and currently do have 2 rooms available. For assisted living, our rent rate is $4500 for a 1 bedroom. This includes; All utilities, direct tv, all meals, a land line phone number, housekeeping, laundry, maintenance, and activities.
Assistance and Care Levels
If you need any assistance with care, an assessment is done free of charge and our nurse can come to your house. We have 6 levels of care starting at $800 and going up to $2300. This is on top of the rent rate.
