Lake Forest Park - Your All-Inclusive Senior Living Community
Lake Forest Park is an all-inclusive community that includes utilities, water, sewer/garbage, 2 meals a day, housekeeping 1 scheduled day a week, local transportation to doctor's appointments, lifestyle enrichment activities, and maintenance all bundled together in your monthly rent. I am happy to provide you with more information about our community as you continue your search for Senior Living options in the area.
At Lake Forest Park, we offer Independent Living, Assisted Living, and Memory Care ALF. We are designed for the residents to age in place whether they are simply ready to free themselves from the burden of home maintenance or need assistance with the activities of daily living.
Independent Living Villas
Our Independent Living Villas are 2-bedroom, 2-bath, 1 car garage (front porch and screened-in back porch) and they start at $3,295 and go up to $3,795 with a 2nd person fee of $695 per month. There is a 1 x Community Fee of $3,000, this is non-refundable. Pets are WELCOME with a 1 x fee of $650 🐶🐱.
