Safety and Well-being Measures
All independent residents have an Alexa in their apartment that can call the front desk and check in if prompted. Pull cords are also installed in apartments. A full-time nurse is onsite for independent living residents during the day, and overnight, nurses from higher levels of care respond to any emergencies in independent living.
Resources and Support for New Residents
Our New Beginnings Program ensures that each department head meets with new residents to discuss their role and how they can support the resident. Additionally, an ambassador program welcomes new residents and encourages participation in activities and meals.

Review Summary
The following is an AI generated summary of the reviews of the community from across the web.
Juniper Village Bucks County is praised for its beautiful 20-acre campus, private balconies or patios for each apartment, and outstanding dining venues. The care and warmth of the residents and staff are highlighted as key differentiators. However, some reviews express dissatisfaction with changes to resident contracts and services, such as transportation for doctor visits, which were initially promised but later altered. Concerns about additional charges during COVID and the management's focus on costs over customer satisfaction were also mentioned.
Despite these issues, many reviews share positive experiences, noting the community's welcoming atmosphere, the variety of entertaining events, and the high level of care and attention provided to residents. The staff is commended for their dedication and kindness, contributing to a supportive and engaging community. The facility's cleanliness, up-to-date amenities, and lovely grounds are appreciated by visitors and residents alike.
However, some reviews criticize the management and express concerns over issues like bed bugs and the handling of health precautions during the pandemic. Despite these criticisms, others have found Juniper Village to be a comforting and peaceful environment, with a focus on treating residents with respect and kindness, offering great food, activities, and a sense of community.
Overall, while there are mixed reviews regarding management practices and contract changes, many share positive experiences about the community's atmosphere, the quality of care, and the range of activities and amenities available at Juniper Village Bucks County.
