Danbury of Huber Heights has carefully planned to accommodate a discerning segment of seniors. We are dedicated to providing the finest services when you choose to reside at Danbury. From fine dining options to our wide selection of life enriching activities, we strive to create an atmosphere of warmth, vitality and respect.
All apartments are on a month-to-month agreement and require a 30-day written, cancellation notice. Rates and amenities may be subject to change.

- Chestnut Studio $3995/ Month
- Buckeye Studio $4125/ Month
- Cedar Studio $4370/ Month
- Aspen Studio $4640/ Month
- Willow Studio $4870/ Month
- Sycamore- 1 Bedroom $5245/ Month

Bundled care services are based upon the resident assessment completed by a Danbury nurse:

- Level 1 - $930 per month
- Level 2-$1240 per month

Medications are billed directly to the resident from the selected pharmacy. Beauty and barber shop services are billed to the resident.
Meals are served in our dining room. Additional charge for in-suite delivery.
