  • Hillcrest Post Acute Description

Hillcrest Post Acute began operations in the 1950’s as the “Hillcrest Hospital,” which was the main Hospital in Petaluma, until the late 1970’s at which time it became a Skilled Nursing Facility. For many years it was run as a long-term care facility, but in 2016 West Harbor Healthcare took over and renovated and repurposed the facility to serve as a Short-Term Rehabilitation facility in Petaluma. When the new owners began business in 2016, it started with a very simple business strategy: focus on quality and service while remaining mindful of the challenges and changes facing seniors in today’s world. Since its inception, Hillcrest Post Acute has established an excellent reputation through a concerted focus on quality and service.

We are located in Petaluma, Sonoma County, CA which is approximately 45 miles north of San Francisco. Hillcrest Post Acute strives to give the best care to all of our residents every day. Our large rooms, outdoor patios with panoramic views of Petaluma allow for the residents to feel comfortable while they are in transition from the Hospital back to their own home.
