    Heritage Health senior living is a Medicare-certified, and Medicaid accepted home. We offer skilled nursing, respite care, and independent living at the Walnut Homestead Apartments. It is our goal to provide comprehensive care to your loved ones, no matter what stage of life. Part of the Heritage experience is in our RESTORE Therapy. Our professionally-trained and certified therapists specialize in speech, occupational, and physical therapies. We also provide IV and wound care, as well as electrical stimulation to promote our seniors’ health. Regular visits from dentist, podiatrist, audiologist, and ophthalmologist address the regular issues of aging bodies.

    The needs of our residents change constantly. Our caring and compassionate, skilled nursing care is flexible based on the needs of our seniors. There may come a time where a hospice service is the necessary next step. Our experienced team of caregivers understands the challenges and difficulties that come with making this decision. They will make sure your loved one is as comfortable as possible.
