Our one- and two-bedroom apartments in Middleton, WI, are spacious and luxurious, while our community offers easy walking access to area stores and restaurants. Our Independent residents enjoy free heat and hot water, an underground parking space, a full-size washer and dryer in each unit, a private patio or balcony and intercom-controlled entry, ensuring the privacy and quality of condo living with an extra level of safety and security. With one meal a day (additional meals available for purchase), on-site maintenance and 24-hour emergency service, our residents can leave the work to us and enjoy all the amenities Heritage Middleton has to offer.
