Staff lie about the residents, administrator is a Liar like his staff. spoke to a nurse she said one thing to my face then 15 min later lied about it to the administrator. evening staff are lazy and will not do their jobs. Had to bring in food for him to eat because they could not get him what he could eat. he pushes button for help and waits over a hour. does not get pills on time and lays in pain. fell when was there and took 3 days too get him seen had to complain threaten to get him an x-ray. facility may look nice on outside but on inside nursing staff/administrator are horrible. the physical therapy people are amazing. horrible place would not let them treat my dog!!!!!
This facility is horrible. the lowest pay in the city of terre haute. Always short of staff because they treat their staff with no care. I worked there for 3 years without 2 cent raise yearly. The administrators make good money and ignore those who do the actual work. Most of the review here were written by the administrators or things like that. Reviews should count when the it is coming from those in the bottom not on top.
They have forgot to bring my mom lunch twice and supper once. Each time they said the forgot to bring something because the kitchen ran out of food! Also they left her in the restroom with her call light on for so long she decided to get up herself and fell. They said transportation to Dr appts would not be a problem but they always need to use the van for other trips and call the family last minute for transportation arangements. They left her in feces stained sheets as well.
This is my fathers second time here. This time he has been in for six months. I would recommend this facility to anyone. The staff are all very friendly and caring. I have had the opportunity to speak with many of the staff, residents and there families. I haven’t talked to anyone that doesn’t like it here!
This facility is beautiful! They truly care about their resident's well-being. They have activities and events for all. Rooms are private and they have a beautiful assisted living! The staff treat their resident's like family. My grandmother loved it here and would've stayed longer if we would've let her! highly recommend.
I recommend Harrison’s Crossing for its friendly and caring staff. I especially want to shine a spotlight on their assisted living director, Tammi Williams. Tammi is one of the most caring individuals I know. She is an exceptional patient advocate with a servants heart. I would not think twice about placing my loved ones in the hands of Tammi and her staff at Harrison’s Crossing Assisted Living Facility.
You have one of the best Nurse a facility can have. I have had the pleasure of working with this nurse. Her name is Tammi Williams. Not only is she a Nurse but the most caring person when it comes to her job or people in need. God broke the mold when he made Tammi. Your residence are in the best care ever as long as she is there.
My mom was here for rehab and I could not be more happy with the service and care she received. Staff were friendly and professional and the rehab she received was incredible. I would recommend this facility to anyone who needs to rehab or requires an extended stay.
I'm interning here for my last year of school and the residents, staff, and facility are amazing!!! They have taught me so much and everyone is willing to help whenever I have a question. The staff has truly prepared me for the real world and I feel confident that I will do amazing things once leave becuase of them. Not only is the staff amazing, the residents & families are too! They are so loving, sweet, and love watching me grow throughout school and at Harrisons. Staff goes above and beyond for the residents. They recieve amazing care becuase the staff here truly cares about their residents. I will miss this facility so much when I'm gone. I would reccomend this facility to anyone!
