Rates For Accommodations - Personal Care
Harmony Senior Services offers personalized services to meet the needs and desire for care of each individual. Each apartment includes 3 meals per day plus snacks as part of the monthly rent.

Each resident will receive a Level Of Care assessment to accurately meet his or her needs. A customized care plan will be developed based on the initial assessment, and will be evaluated every six months thereafter or as conditions change.

Types of Professionals and Training
Our staff includes 24/7 care aids and medication technicians. They are required to be certified through the state and must pass a test to qualify as a med tech.
Safety and Well-being Measures
We ensure the safety of our residents with pull cords in all bathrooms and bedrooms, along with a state-of-the-art pendant system. Residents can press the button on their necklace to alert staff of their location for prompt assistance.
Transition Support Services
Upon move-in, our directors personally introduce themselves to new residents. Staff ensures that residents are accompanied to meals and seated with others based on shared interests to facilitate community integration.
Transportation Services
We provide transportation for shopping every Monday and arrange for transportation to doctor appointments as needed.
Dining Experience
Residents are offered three meals a day in a restaurant-style setting. They can choose from two meal options or select from an a la carte menu with staple items like grilled cheese and BLTs.
Resident Complaints and Issues
Residents are encouraged to address complaints to the Executive Director first. If unresolved, a local ombudsman acts as a mediator between the resident and the community.
Cost of Living
A pricing sheet for our personal care community will be provided. We offer a continuum of care from Independent Living to Memory Care.
Communication with Residents' Families
We send out a weekly ED letter and provide directors' personal cell phone numbers for immediate concerns. The care staff contacts families for major events such as hospital visits or falls.
Short-term or Respite Stays
We offer short-term or respite stays with a 30-day minimum at a rate of $220/day.
Pet-Friendly Community
Our community is pet-friendly, with availability in Independent Living, Personal Care, and Memory Care. We offer Studio, One Bedroom One Bathroom, and Two Bedroom Two Bathroom Apartments.
