Residential Options
Prices are quoted per person, per month, for beautifully furnished rooms and include 3 meals, snacks, laundry services, housekeeping services, case management, and on-premises activities:
Shared Room
$2500
Room occupied by 2 people; includes a shared bathroom
Large Shared
$3000
Room occupied by 2 people; includes a shared bathroom
Private Room
$4000
Room occupied by 1 person; includes a private bathroom
Private Room
$5000
Room occupied by 1 person; includes a private bathroom
The Residential Rates for residents with active Medicaid are as follows:
- Shared Room - $1367
- Large Shared - $2067
Move-in Expenses
All new move-ins are responsible for:
- First Month’s Rent
- Last Month’s Rent – equivalent to one month’s rent
*Any deposits made prior to move-in will be applied to these fees.
For private pay residents (residents with no Medicaid in place at the time of move-in) additional move-in expenses include:
- Community Fee – one-time fee, equivalent to one month’s rent
- First Month’s Care (Pro-Rated Fee)
Residents who wish to bring a refrigerator may bring one for the monthly maintenance fee of $40
Residents who wish to have a television in their room may bring one. The monthly charge for Cablevision is
Residents who wish to have a telephone in their room may bring one. The monthly charge is: flat rate for unlimited calls nationwide. The set-up charge is $50
Residential Care Packages
Prices are quoted per month and include medication management and/or supervision and personal care assistance
LEVEL 1 -$1600
Requires daily supervision and/or assistance with bathing, clothing selection/dressing and grooming by aide (interspersed throughout a 24-hour timeframe daily)
LEVEL 2 -$2200
Requires daily supervision and/or assistance with bathing, clothing selection/dressing and grooming by aide. Requires intermient supervision and/or assistance with any or all of the following: eating, transferring, ambulating (interspersed throughout 24-hour timeframe daily)
LEVEL 3 -$2400
Requires daily supervision and/or assistance with bathing, clothing selection/dressing and grooming by aide. Requires direct supervision and/or assistance with any or all of the following: eating, transferring, ambulating by aide. Requires toileting every 2-4 hours by aide to maintain continence and skin integrity (interspersed throughout 24 hour timeframe daily)
