ANCILLARY SERVICES FEE SCHEDULE
DINING:
Room Trays - $5.00 per tray per day.
Guest Meals - $6 per meal for Breakfast, Lunch or Dinner.
Must purchase a meal ticket at the front desk.
Holiday Meal - $8 per person and must reserve one week prior to the Holiday.
TRANSPORTATION:
Provided to outside medical appointments on Wednesdays and Thursdays within 10 mile radius.
$25 fee for anything over 10 miles.
Resident will be dropped off and picked up when appointment ends.
MAINTENANCE:
Replacement Keys or Additional Keys - $5 per key
Additional Services - $25 per hour
MISCELLANEOUS SERVICES:
Emergency Pendant Set Up Fee - $175
Replacement Pendant - $100
Pet Fee/Deposit - $250
Non-Preferred Pharmacy Fee - $150 monthly
Includes Administrative and Re-ordering services
HOUSEKEEPING/LAUNDRY:
Laundry More Than Once Per Week - $10 per load
Housekeeping More Than Once Per Week - $20 per hour
