    Hammonds Lane Center is conveniently located in Northern Anne Arundel County in the heart of Brooklyn Park. We are minutes outside of Baltimore, and accessible from the 695 Beltway, Route 2 (Ritchie Hwy), and minutes from I-97. We are a Skilled Nursing Facility offering ShortStay Rehabilitation Services along with LongTerm Care Services. Other services include Respite Care, Hospice Care, and VitalStim which provides additional modalities of treatment. Hammonds Lane Center is well known for their spacious dining room that offers restaurant-style dining. Cafe Hammonds offers many meal options, and prepared by our in-house Chef. Our gourmet meals are available to both our staff and families along with homemade desserts. In addition, Hammonds "Country Cottage", a Gift Shop providing various snacks, drinks, and gifts, is overseen by our own Resident Council. Hammonds Lane also offers Salon Services.
