Individualized care to meet your personal needs
Basic Rate Package
Included in the basic daily apartment rental rate up to 3.75 hours per week or 32 minutes per day for any combination of the services listed below under this section
- Three Meals and Snacks Daily
- Laundry of Your Personal Washable Clothing
Upon your request, your personal washable clothing will be laundered weekly. You are responsible for cleaning any clothing that requires dry cleaning or pressing.
- Housekeeping
Vacuuming, trash collection and general housekeeping services will be provided on a weekly basis or as otherwise needed in keeping with your needs.

- Personal Care Assistance
Optional Care Models
In addition to the amenities and services provided in the Basic Rate Package, some residents may require additional assistance with their personal care needs as well as Enhanced Services (EALR).
- Assisted Living Level One Package Up to $78.75 per day
- Assisted Living Level Two Package Up to $120.75 per day
The Optional Care Models can be added to the Basic Rate Package for an additional fee.
A Resident's Level of Care is determined by the Resident's participation in a pre-move-in assessment conducted by a representative of Gurwin Jewish~Fay J. Lindner Residences. Depending upon the results of this assessment, the resident will be placed in one of three packages listed above and may be required to pay an additional rate within the parameters set forth in the Residency Agreement.
