For residents who have become incontinent, we offer a bowel and bladder program to avoid urinary tract infections and breakdown of the skin sitting in soiled undergarments.
We offer excellent continuity of care with our nursing and licensed medicine technicians. Our medical director and Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner make regular visits to the property to address any medical needs of our residents. This unique service gives the family members of our residents peace of mind knowing that if a non-threatening issue should arise, our medical team is available to assess and provide treatment. Should the need arise, hospitals are just minutes away.
If you are in need of physical therapy or occupational therapy, we offer home health services to continue your care. We will work with you to create a personalized care plan that meets your needs and helps you reach your goals.
At all three of our properties, we provide Aging In Place. This means, when health issues arise that need advanced medical intervention that is allowed by the State Regulations under the Assisted Living umbrella, it is very possible they do not have to leave their home at one of the Green Properties. We offer Hospice critical care and advanced end of life care. This is peace of mind for the families.
A registered dietician creates a menu of three delicious meals per day that satisfies the FDA guidelines for the aging population. This ensures that everyone can enjoy a healthy and nutritious meal.

I am a nurse that works for Florida hospital and I came to the facility for a tour and I found the place to be very clean, the staff was very friendly, and I enjoyed the friendliness of the workers there. I visited not only in the daytime but on a weekend day as well as an evening to see if there was any difference and I found the place was just as clean, people and staff were very friendly and I was treated with the utmost respect. I never revealed I was a nurse so there was no phoniness. They all seemed sincere. I would highly recommend this place.
I am speaking as a former STAFF MEMBER and the management are full of lies. I was employed by this dreadful assisted living for only a few short weeks. I was used only for the "hurricane team" when hurricane Irma hit. It was sad that I had to be away from my children to work my behind off ONLY to be fired based off of lies. They are only about MONEY and I have seen the staff member drag residents in their memory care unit to their rooms to be cleaned up. Residents on memory care are pretty much out of their minds like most elderly people with dementia. Dragging a resident to their rooms using FORCE from the staff was only 1 of the things I witnessed. Along with a combative resident being HIT by a staff member!!! Staff purposely did not giving the residents MILK just to ensure the resident will not have LOOSE STOOLS or even a bowel movement! This ALF has camera's set up throughout the hallways, dining area, basically EVERYWHERE. When a staff member sits down, the owner or nurse Iris will CALL the staff member to get up or whatever nonsense is happening, however when a resident is drug to her by 2 STAFF MEMBERS, why is the owner and nurse not concerned about that? The facility had no back up plan after the power went out during hurricane Irma. The emergency lights were the only thing working even with a generator. Residents in the memory care were walking in circles not knowing what to do. They had no activities or anything stimulating for the residents in memory care. Some staff members have been there 2-3 years only making 10 an hr and the owner and NURSE will use the hell out of employees. Does anyone want tired, over worked and under paid, frustrated people taking care of their loved ones? Do not be fooled, Green Tree staff members put on a front for the family members.
As a Case Manager, we based our referrals on patient's and family's choice. Green Tree ALF has a great reputation based on their staff and their clean environment. Patients and families have referred to this facility as a very warm and friendly environment to live in! They treat their patients like family, especially what happened during the recent hurricane that hit FL! The facility is run by knowledgeable attentive nurses that are always available to their patients. Keep up the great work that you do!!!
Green Tree truly treats it’s residents with compassion, love and dignity. My auntie lived there and in her time living there she had nothing but wonderful comments about the staff and she always seemed to feel right at home. I found comfort knowing that her last days where spent where she considered home. Oh and One more thing, I personally loved how attentive the staff was, always making sure she was very clean and well groomed. Thank you Green Tree for giving my auntie a good quality of life.
working with green tree staff's and the residents reminds me of true family. families will have bad and good days, the most important thing to remember, always overcome the bad days with the good ones.i have been working with this family owned company since last of august of 2016. and i admire nurse iris for her amazing, job in caring and doing so much for the residents in not just ALF,but as well our memory care unit.. our job is not easy, but it takes true caring, loving and a lot of patients to do what we do at our home in green tree.. we try our best to give the best care we can to our residents and their families. and to me that what matters the most is to try to strive to give the care that they need. every company will have some negative reviews. but we are doing our best to turn the negative to a positive here at green tree.so stop by and say hello!!!
Green Tree Assisted Living has a dedicated staff that truly care about the residents. The Director of nursing ensures that the correct care plan is provided to each resident and that the individual physical needs are met with dignity. True leadership was especially demonstrated during hurricane Irma, when dedicated staff worked there tireless as a team under the direction of Iris and Mari. Residents are truly happy and dry with a staff committed to teamwork. Very professional and a highly recommended facility.
Green Tree ALF is truly a home for these residents. I personally witnessed some amazing teamwork between all the staff during and after hurricane Irma, and the mandatory evacuation. Every single staff member went above and beyond their call of duty to ensure that each resident was properly accommodated and cared for during that tough week. This place is truly a big family. It will be difficult for anyone to find a more loving and caring ALF staff.
GreenTree is a great place. It is truly a home for those old folks, a very big family. The DON Iris, regularly goes above and beyond to make sure her residents get the absolute care possible. I personally witnessed Iris, Mary (the owner), and multiple other staff members, work as a cohesive, efficient, & ultra-focused TEAM, as they coordinated the transfer of all their residents to their sister facility, GreenLeaf in Kissimmee, and other facilities in the surrounding areas, due to the State-wide mandatory evacuation. The whole staff were there doing what needed to be done, without complaint, so that their residents were properly cared for and accommodated. You will be hard-pressed to find a more loving, caring, and devoted team (aka- family) to care for your loved ones!
