They appreciate the positive culture among employees and residents, the willingness to help each other, and the opportunities for new nurses. However, there are some areas of improvement. Employees find the job to be very demanding and physical, and there is a lack of staff to help. Favoritism is also an issue, and the nurse to patient ratio is not safe. Employees suggest that management should be more receptive to suggestions from employees, treat all employees equally, get more staff to help, provide more detailed training for new nurses, and explain how they want things done instead of just yelling.
