    Generations at Elmwood Park is proud to be Joint Commission approved. Our facility is licensed by the State of Illinois and is approved and certified for Medicare, Medicaid, Veterans Administration and many insurance plans.

    Our community features four resident floors. Our first floor is designed to meet the needs of residents who have skilled nursing and rehabilitation needs. Our second floor is designed to meet the needs of residents with Alzheimer’s and associated illnesses. This floor is a secure unit with monitoring and programs designed to address memory loss. Our third floor is our sub-acute respiratory unit. Our rooms are equipped to meet the needs of the most complex ventilator dependent residents allowing for ease in care. The dialysis unit is also housed on the third floor. Our fourth floor is designed for those who are less medically complex, allowing easy access to our therapy department for those on a rehabilitation stay.
