At nearly 200 beds, this is a huge facility, not a cozy home as stated on website. It was a Sunday, but only two staff appeared on duty, both working in the small office on the first floor. Interior was warm on a hot day, windows were smeared and dirty. I found my friend's room and was careful not to snag my shirt on a thermostat, rusty and dysfunctional, hanging from the wall. I pray with my whole heart I never live in a place like this. My friend has no money, so I assume Medicaid is paying the bill and that explains about everything.
Uncaring staff. No communication between staff members.Unsafe conditionDo not leave your loved ones in this facility if you are truly caring for them. it's absolutely abusive to patients. They will give you back your love in the worst case and lie and undermine you for it.This facility is under investigation and must be shut down immediately.
I'm glad to know such a nice place. My parents only eat Korean food, I'm so happy that my parents eat Korean food every day.I looked for other assisted living, and it was hard because of the language, but my parents like it because there are many Korean staff here. And thank you so much for taking good care of staff. I am very, very grateful to Fullerton Villa.Thank you for taking care of my parents safely.
I've visited many places in Orange County as well as Los Angeles to help my parents move into a assisted living facility. Among them, the Fullerton Villa was much cleaner than other places, and the monthly fee was very reasonable.I especially like the Korean staff to treat my parents with kindness. The best part is that they prepare Korean food every day.So my parents are very satisfied.I am grateful to Fullerton Villa.
Terrible staff, terrible food, terrible everythingThey raised the rent four times within two yearsMy mom started with $1800 and after two years of staying there, it went up to $3200Their only interest is money, money, moneyDon’t even think of putting your love ones in this placeEspecially korean staffs are terribleI hate everything about this place!!!
