Waitlist Availability
Currently, we have 1 bedroom and studio apartments available, and you would be the 1st on the waitlist for a 2-bedroom apartment.
Staff and Training
We have Med Techs and Caregivers here 24/7. They undergo 20 hours of initial training, followed by monthly trainings which range from 3 to 6 hours.
Safety and Well-being Measures
Our front entrance is manned by the Concierge from 8am to 8pm. After these hours, the doors are secured for residents' safety. Family members needing access can ring the doorbell for a Med Tech or Caregiver to let them in.
Transition Support Services
We can recommend services to aid in your transition into the community.
Transportation Services
Yes, we offer transportation services Monday through Thursday within a 15-mile radius limit.
Dining Experience
Our Kitchen Staff prepares 3 meals a day. We also offer an ala carte menu for those wanting something different than what is on the daily menu, included in the monthly rent.
Addressing Complaints and Issues
Residents can speak with the Director of the concerned department, or the Executive Director who has an open-door policy.

We have care plan meetings with the Power of Attorney (POA) to keep them informed of the resident’s status. These meetings can be scheduled upon request or if we notice changes in the resident's condition or need to update on their medical status.

Yes, residents are able to age in place. Currently, we have 1 bedroom and studio apartments available, and you would be the 1st on the waitlist for a 2-bedroom apartment.
Location
We are located across the street from the Kronkosky Senior Center, in the heart of Boerne. We are a one-story property, that provides apartments ranging from studio size to a comfortable two bedroom/two bath floor plan. All living areas have their own large courtyard and walking paths.
Amenities
Amenities include weekly housekeeping, weekly laundry, transportation, daily meal plans, all utilities paid, cable, 24/7 emergency response pendant, onsite physician weekly, game room, dining room, laundry facilities, full functioning salon, exercise program/gym, and a vibrant activities program.
