Our Clinical Team is comprised of a Physician, Nurse Practitioner, Registered Nurses, Licensed Practical Nurses, Registered Dietitian, and Certified Nursing Assistants. In addition to short-term post hospitalization care, our center offers specialty skilled nursing and long-term/ongoing care when a patient’s care needs are no longer able to be met at a lower level of care.
