Our Pricing Model
Our pricing model is fairly simple: all of the basic conveniences and needs (rent, utilities, cable, restaurant-style meals, housekeeping, linen services, scheduled transportation, 24 hour staffing, and more) are packaged into one monthly bill, so residents don't have to worry about writing a number of checks each month.
Rates are based upon the size of apartment, with studios starting at $3,700 per month. We do have a short waiting list, so if your loved one is looking for an immediate placement please let us know so we can try to accommodate them as quickly as possible.

Welcome to Avista
Avista is conveniently located just north of the river, right past Swan Bridge. Our community offers 96 apartment units including independent senior living, assisted living, and memory care. We pride ourselves on offering a wide range of care services so our residents can arrive to us as independent as they'd like, age in place with services brought to them as needed, and not have to worry about having to move again.
