It is my honor to welcome you to Five Star Premier Residences of Yonkers. At Premier Residences, we know that you’re likely searching for a home for the first time in years. We’re here to make that experience just as exciting as the first time around. After all, your home is the place where you’re proud to welcome friends and family.
We stand behind our Five Star name and offer the utmost in service to everyone that we have the privilege of welcoming to our community. The best way to learn about us is to visit, and when you do, you’ll enjoy much more than a tour. Try a class or activity, stay for lunch or dinner or even enjoy a book in one of our beautiful courtyards.
We are here for you every step of the way and invite you to come by any time.
Our Community
We are a beautiful, luxury, rental community that provides Independent living, Assisted living and Memory care on the Yonkers, Westchester/Riverdale, NYC border adjacent to the 70 acre campus of The College of Mount St. Vincent. We have an abundance of space to visit with family and friends, and lovely gardens to enjoy.
Independent Living
The spacious Independent living apartments have full kitchens and many have views of the Hudson River and Palisades. We offer restaurant style dining options as well as housekeeping services, transportation and a full calendar of social, educational and cultural activities. Pricing includes most meals, utilities, housekeeping, scheduled transportation, activities, basic cable TV and more.
Assisted Living and Memory Care
In Assisted Living and Memory Care we offer top-notch care with Enhanced licenses for an added level of service. Also, we have a nurse’s station on every floor with both on-site nursing and aides available 24 hours a day. We offer studios and one bedroom apartments, with three meals, daily housekeeping services, laundry and scheduled transportation included. At an additional cost we provide levels of care and medication management.
Ageility Physical Therapy
We are pleased to offer to all our residents, Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy and Speech Therapy through Ageility - https://www.ageility.com/
Location & Transportation
We are conveniently located with the BXM1 and BXM2 Express Buses from/to Manhattan close to our gates, as well as a stop for the BX7 and BX10 just outside our building. We are a five minute cab ride from Metro North Riverdale Train Station with regular trains to Grand Central Station and points north. We have a gated parking lot for visitors and residents.
