Overview of Staff and Training
A great number of our staff has been with the community for 10 to 30+ years. Everyone is trained for their current roles and constantly receive continuing education in their field.
Safety and Well-being Measures
Each resident has a Lifeline pendant that is included in the rent for emergency purposes. We check on all our residents in independent living twice per day and the assisted living residents get checked on every two hours in addition to all the care we provide.
Transition Support Services
Our community has a welcoming committee, we assign a resident to a new move-in as well as all the staff stay on top of our new move-ins to make sure they are adjusting.
Transportation Services
Yes, included in the rent up to seven miles for personal appointments, plus scheduled trips for shopping, errands, and fun outings.
Dining Experience
We provide 2 meals per day in independent living and all three in assisted living. There are a number of choices on the menu each day. There is an always available menu with at least 8 entrée and 3 daily specials each day. We try to accommodate all the special dietary needs of our various residents.
Addressing Complaints and Issues
The resident can go to the department manager, the executive director, or the head office if necessary.
Cost of Living
The starting cost is $6000 for a 1B to $8000 for a 2B in Independent living and $8500 + care for a 1B in assisted living, 2B starts at 10K.
Communication with Residents' Families
We are in constant communication, we send regular emails to family. Also, our executive director provides his cell phone so he can be reached to problem solve.
