We include the following: Provision of prompts, cues, and limited direction of activities of daily living. Hands-on personal care and assistance with daily tasks, Medication Management, and personal escort to meals and activities. Twice Weekly Laundry Service and Full Incontinence Care

Our Bayberry Memory Care is in an intimate setting and accommodates residents that require additional services related to Memory Care. We include the following: Assistance with ambulation, bathing, dressing, eating, grooming, Medication Management, and incontinence care. Additional assistance at mealtimes Engaging Activities Additional Dementia-Related Behavioral Management Programs: Moderate routine cueing and intervention for agitation/ exit seeking/ disruption. Signification staff assistance with redirection and cueing.
ALL RATES ARE ALL-INCLUSIVE EXCEPT FOR THOSE NEEDING EXTENDED CONGREGATE CARE SERVICES*
Extended Congregate Care Services ($1,500) * - May provide additional nursing services and total assistance with personal care needs, which allows the resident to age in place
