We are a 30-bed assisted living community designed and operated to feel just like home. Everything we do is done to encourage health and wellness, focus on continuous improvement in quality of life, and create a family atmosphere and sense of belonging for our residents. Over the years, our community has grown to serve hundreds of residents with love and dignity.
We provide senior adults with complete assisted living services in an intimate, home-like setting. In addition to providing a dignified and family-centric place to live, we pride ourselves on our service. Our seasoned caregivers are available 24-hours a day.
Living at Family Choice is an experience “just like home” but with the same quality of care you would expect to find in a larger assisted living facility. We are partnered with healthcare providers including home health and hospice agencies, and we have dedicated physicians.
