We do have a waiting list for each floor plan and the wait times vary from immediate availability up to 7 years.
Independent Living at Falcons Landing
We are a Life Plan Community offering 14 different independent living residences ranging in square footage, 815 – 2,192. Independent living at Falcons Landing is open to any officer that has served honorably for at least four years in the uniformed (military) services, any person who served in the government or any person that served in the military for at least four years and has a record of public service with government, academia, research or non-profit organizations, for the betterment of our national defense (and/or wellbeing our service members, veterans and their families, caregivers and survivors). Including spouses or surviving spouses.
