Welcome to Fairwinds Desert Point
Fairwinds Desert Point is a wonderful community in Oro Valley, situated at the base of the Catalina Mountains, with a view of Pusch Ridge. Just over ten years ago we completed a major renovation, which added 53 new apartments with full size kitchens, granite countertops and stainless-steel appliances.
Flexible Living Options
At Fairwinds Desert Point, there is no ‘buy in’ or even a locked in lease. Our apartments are simply month to month rental, so our residents have the freedom to live anywhere in our community without a long-term commitment.
Independent and Assisted Living
We are both an Independent and Assisted living community, which means we have a wonderful diverse group of residents that can be as active as they would like to be with all the backup systems in place. Our assisted living staff are available 24 hours a day and are here to help with a large spectrum of personal or physical needs if ever necessary.
An assessment prior to move in will determine the services needed and the cost for those services for assisted living residents.
Amenities and Services
Included with each apartment are utilities, food, transportation, weekly laundry and housekeeping services, our Prime fit program, and a variety of activities.
Attached you will find our brochure that includes floor plans, rental rates, and amenities.
Activities and Dining
We provide art classes, education classes, billiards, exercise classes in the Prime Fit gym and the heated lap pool, and Rosetta Stone language/brain fitness classes. For more relaxing activities, we have a variety of scheduled games, movies in the theater, or perhaps lounging around by the fireplace with friends. Best of all, dining can be enjoyed at The Reserve Restaurant or at our casual Bistro.
