Discover Your New Home
We have several openings right now so depending on your preference, you can choose a studio, one-bedroom or 2-bedroom. Please contact me for a tour when you are ready!
I would be happy to send you a price list via mail if that works for you. Studios start at $1,825; one-bedrooms start at $2,075 and two-bedrooms start at $3,150.
About Us
We are an Independent Living facility for active seniors. If our residents have a need for extra assistance in their apartment, there are a variety of local home care and personal assistant options available.
Security and Safety
We have a secure building - 24/7 with front desk staff on duty at all times and cameras at our entrance and in our parking lot.
Social and Dining
We invite new residents to participate in social activities to get acquainted with our current residents; we also encourage sitting at a designated dining table for newcomers during the dinner hour.
We provide complete transportation services on Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Fridays.
We offer a light continental breakfast from 8:30am - Noon. Dinner is served restaurant style every evening (Mon - Sat) from 4:30 - 6pm. Brunch is served on Sundays from 11:30 to 1pm.

Please contact our Executive Director with any concerns or suggestions.
We accept cats and birds with a $250 refundable deposit.
Each resident provides us with two emergency contacts. If needed, we call the first listed contact and if there's no answer, we call the second contact to provide pertinent updates about a loved one's wellbeing.
We are not able to offer short-term or respite stay options at this time.
Health and Wellness
We encourage all residents to receive updated Covid vaccinations as they become available. Once per year, we provide a flu/Covid shot clinic on the premises.
Our residents may age in place; they are free to hire additional care assistance as needed and if the senior/family feels it is safe to do so. We do not provide any care.
