Staff and Training
We have an LVN that oversees the staff. She oversees Resident Assistants that take care of the residents, and we have medication technicians that are certified to give our residents medications. We use a system called Relias training and it is about 40 hours of training for Senior Living Care and Dementia.
Safety and Well-being Measures
Our doors lock at 7:30pm and unlock at 7am. We have the families call our phone number listed on the front door and someone will come and let you in. We also do nightly checks every two hours on every resident.
Transition Support Services
Yes, we have a list of vendors we can refer to the families during the transition to our community and during the acclimation period.

Yes, it is within a 10-mile radius.
Dining Experience
It is a restaurant style sit down service. More information is included in the attached.
Resident Complaints and Issues
They are to notify the Executive Director of the community immediately so then they can get it resolved.
Communication with Residents' Families
If anything happens to a resident, we are to immediately let the family know. If there is a medical change in condition, we will contact the family and request a care plan meeting.
Short-term or Respite Stays
Yes, we offer respite stays. Two week minimum and based off a nurses assessment it is between $180 - $220 a day based upon care the resident will receive while in our care.
