They will say something fake to mask the real problems to save their jobs but what they fail to realize is that they are conning the people they need to help sustain a business in the process.So bottom line is if you want to subject to over working and underpay and working under wolves in sheep’s clothing, put it this way if you like sweat shops by all means go ahead and work here !

The Head Management could careless of your problems. They are buddy buddy and will make situations a broadcast instead of handling it professionally . They don’t respect there co-workers nor staff . I would say it’s a great place to work and to have your loved ones live but it starts with the head manager first . And then the rest shall follow be aware of fake smiles and oh so caring staff which there is not enough of at all .

This was a difficult move for my mother after my dad passed on but the staff at Elmcroft was very welcoming and accomodating, trying to make her feel comfortable and at home. She likes the staff so much and we certainly appreciate all their effort and kindness. Any day that you go there you'll find the place exceptionally clean and organized. Always greeted by the friendly staff and the people who live there. Thank you for all you do!

We recently lost a good friend Rose Harvey at Elmcroft and needed to make some changes to accommodate her daughter who lived with her. Ms. Valerie and Ms. Loretta were most helpful and accommodating giving us time make the necessary room changes. We thank them and the other care givers at Elmcroft for their sincere understanding during this time.

I work there for a year and that one place I would not work at again the management there is so unfair and the work it is so overwhelmed and you do the work but you don't get the pay you should and the Executive Director she is so unfair there and all the management team they are buddy buddy so you can't get treated fair no way it's just trouble out there so think twice before you take a job out there I should have
