Plan II Independent Living

Community Fee
Elliott requires a non-refundable, one time community fee upon residency to our community. The fee is as follows:
- $1300.00 - one bedroom apartment
- $1500.00 – two bedroom apartment
Pet Deposit
- $500.00 – one pet
- $100.00 – for each additional pet (not to exceed 2)
*Double occupancy is an additional charge of $600.00
