Rental charges include all meals, utilities, and personal care services. Additional charges may apply for use of our beauty salon, notions shop, and dry cleaning, and other charges.
A $50 application fee and $1000 security deposit may apply to move into any apartment.
Memory Lane (Additional $2000 Fee)
Memory Lane is a memory care program developed to meet the special needs of individuals suffering from advancing memory impairment. In addition to general services and amenities, residents of Memory Lane benefit from the following:
- 24/7 supervision
- Enclosed garden area
- Designated activity and lounge area
- “Wanderguard” alarm system at all exit doors and stairwells
- Enclosed outdoor garden area for walking and recreation

Resident Assistant and Nursing Staff
Our resident assistants (RAs) are trained to assist with tasks such as bathing and dressing. We also have LPNs and med techs on staff to administer medications and take vital signs as needed.
Safety Features
All residents receive a wireless alert pendant so they can call for help at any time. Restrooms are also equipped with emergency pull cords.
Social Integration and Activities
New residents are encouraged to participate in activities so they can get to know their fellow residents. Assigned seating in our dining room also fosters friendships.
Transportation Services
Transportation to local medical appointments is offered Monday through Thursday each week. We do not currently offer transportation to leisure activities, but Colts buses will stop at our facility and transport seniors for free.
Dining Options
Lunch and dinner are served in our dining room, and residents have the option to eat breakfast in the dining area or in their own apartments. We have a chef on staff preparing Kosher meals for the residents.
Complaint Procedure
We have a formal complaint procedure in place outlined in our lease agreement.
Power of Attorney and Medical Decisions
Family members who have POA for a resident will be involved in medical decisions and informed of any changes in status. They are involved in medical appointments as needed or requested.
Respite Care Rates
Respite rates are $180/day, $220/day for memory care. We do not have any minimums on how long a respite stay might be.
Pet Policy
We do not allow residents to have pets, but animals may visit the facility.
Health Services
We do offer Covid and flu shots at our facility for our residents and staff.
Aging in Place and Care Options
In regards to aging in place, this can vary as we do not have the means to offer skilled nursing at our facility. We also do not provide lift assistance for residents, and in your mother's case, I see this might be a potential concern. We welcome private duty staff at our facility, including hospice care should it become needed. We currently have a waitlist for memory care, but personal care rooms are available.
